Every public event needs a medical plan somebody will stand behind. I provide insured FREC 4 cover for community and commercial events across Suffolk. That comes with a written medical risk assessment, patient records to ambulance-service handover standards, and a cover agreement your committee can read before anyone signs it.

A single event at one end, a year-round partnership at the other. The clinical standard and the documentation are the same in all three. What changes is how much of the planning I take on.
The medical planning documents and FREC 4 cover for one event, with nothing ongoing. Event management, fire and contingency planning stay with you.

FREC 4 cover on the day, plus a read-through of the documents you already have. I tell you what is missing. I do not rewrite them.
Not sure which fits? Tell me about your events and I will say which one I would pick. Cover is £195 for four hours, all in. £40/hour after that, kit and vehicle included. The discount for your chosen service comes off the cover total. I am not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.

There is no fixed headcount limit. What decides whether I can cover your event is its profile — the activities, the crowd, alcohol, terrain and vehicle access — not the number on the ticket. Tell me about it and you will get a straight answer: a written quote, or a no with an introduction to somebody resourced for it.

Cover is delivered by me, a FREC 4-qualified Emergency Care Assistant. These are the bodies I hold registration or membership with.
£40 per hour with a four-hour minimum, plus kit and vehicle. Written quotes, no obligation, built on your event's size, activities and risk profile.
